CCOF / EF Update

"Negotiations" are ongoing in the continuing saga of the Country Club of Franklin / Eastern Flank purchase. Despite that it was on tonight's Enterprise Committee agenda, there has not been a lease submitted for review by the BOMA or the Enterprise Committee. Without a special meeting of the BOMA before the end of the month to approve the lease, there won't be a closing this month. No lease, no closing. Given the requirements to give notice of the BOMA meetings and with the holidays approaching, I'm betting the closing is going to be pushed.

Miller manipulated BOMA and committees meetings and procedures throughout the CCOF massacre. What will stop him now?
